Need to make calls to the United Kingdom
I have a private matter I need to resolve, and I temporarily need to make calls to the United Kingdom. I do not need to add international calling to my plan, as I probably will not need to make calls for very long. How do I make calls to the United Kingdom without adding international calling to my plan?
Newbie
I'm new to the T Mobile community switching over from US Cellular. The reason for switching is because of the rumored US Cellular buyout, and also interested in the upcoming Starlink communication making it possible to have talk/text pretty much anywhere. Although I don't have the connection I had w/US Cellular the T Mobile Gateway is much faster. I wounder if T Mobile has any plans to utilize the US Cellular towers ? I defiantly would help the coverage in my area increasing T Mobile's customer base. Thanks to all that reply!
5G Gateway does not have admin features for Business accounts
I have a business internet gateway and I cannot make any changes on my device. Here is the reason, this dmb 5G Gateway now requires the app to make changes but if I try to use the app, I will receive a message saying I have a business account and I need to log in to the HUB, I log in to the HUB, there are no options to manage the gateway. I click on support, it shows only my reps, my reps are clueless on how to resolve this. Can someone look into this? It is crazy what you do to businesses...I have been already trying the ATT gateway, and I will be replacing them all… I am talking about 15 gateways.
T-mobile trap
Hi, my name is Sri Gupta. I am a authorized user of my son’s account back in December 24. I happen to be in Costco where AT&T offered me a very good plan for first responders and they accepted my son who is a doctor to be a first responder Being a loyal customer of T-Mobile. I came back home and called T-Mobile to see if they can offer me something .T-Mobile sales team welcomed me and offered me the same deal I think better deal at the cost of $135 per month as a first responder And they told me that your son who is a doctor is fully qualified for this account. My son was in the hospital at that time serving patients . Somehow he managed to come on the phone and answered all the questions that T-Mobile supervisor asked . finally, everything was done and I was very happy with this plan until three months later I received a notice that your son is not a qualified for first responder account. I called T-Mobile number of times but failed to convince them that this is not my mistake. had sales people clarified the requirement of being a first responder I would have never gone with you at the very first place, but it’s not my mistake and I’m very frustrated With the service and the amount of the bill that I have been paying. now I request senior executives to look at this matter seriously and advise me as soon as possible if there is any possibility of retaining me as their customer meanwhile, I am going to contact other carriers and see if they can take over from this point on and help me out Thank you.
No internet since standalone 5g update
Is anyone else having home internet problems since the 5g standalone update? I've contacted customer support twice and was told don't worry in 60 days it will be fine. It's not fine. My speed is average. 30! I can't get my email, can't access my online accounts, can't get my face time telehealth visits. This is maddening. Before this update i was getting 175 mbps average.
GlobalProtect VPN not working with T-Mobile 5G Home Gateway
I just recewived a new 5G Gateway (Model: TMO-G4SE) a couple of days ago. However, looks like it didn't support GlobalProtect VPN (app version: 6.27-1047). Did anyone have the issue and find any solutions? I need that VPN to work remotely. If the issue couldn't be resolved, it would be a deal breaker for sure.
