Do not escalate: India's message to Pakistan after cross-border strikes

India promised to act against the perpetrators of the Pahalgam massacre, and it fulfilled that with pre-dawn, cross-border strikes on Wednesday. However, it sent out a message that it targeted only terror, and not military, infrastructure, in a cautionary note to Pakistan against any escalation of the confrontation.
